Located in the renovated former post of authentic medieval village of Flavigny-sur-Ozerain, the RESTAURANT OF THE ABBEY, run by Philip and Natasha Guillier, offers a cuisine based on tradition and the vineyards of Burgundy.
Restaurant kitchen terroirs of Burgundy
Between snails, Charolais beef, local cheeses such as Epoisses and fresh farm products, chef Philippe Guillier can give free rein to his creativity to register delicious specialties on its menu: eggs meurettes, dodine poultry farm with crayfish, nets Charolais Bourgogne truffle, enjoy iced blackcurrant sorbet with gingerbread … not to mention its specialties with anise, nod to the neighboring factory Flavigny aniseed. All topped of Burgundy wines and local wines.
The bright, spacious and “trend” welcomes 50 guests, and the first fine day, a garden patio and a terrace overlooking a hundred customers and tourists.
